Paralegal Angela Owens Joins McAfee & Taft

Angela Owens has joined the law firm of McAfee & Taft as a litigation paralegal. She provides trial support for attorneys engaged in complex commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation, business disputes and intellectual property law.

Owens brings more than 15 years of extensive trial, mediation and arbitration experience, primarily in the fields of products liability litigation and catastrophic injury cases, while working as a litigation paralegal and legal consultant. Most recently, she served as a program manager and licensed adjuster for a third-party claims administration company, where she supervised a team of adjusters responsible for the handling of large loss personal injury claims and litigation resulting from those claims. Her previous career experience also includes work as a licensed Realtor.

Owens attended Oklahoma State University where she majored in political science. She is a licensed property and casualty adjuster and a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and the Attorneys Information Exchange Group.
